§ 1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PhotoComet.com. PhotoComet^® provides its website and related services ("Site") to you subject to the following User Agreement ("Agreement"), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of the PhotoComet^® Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Prices for products on PhotoComet.com are described on our website and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. All prices are in swiss francs. Prices and products may change at PhotoComet^®'s discretion.

§ 8 Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PhotoComet.com. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about this restriction.

§ 9 Shipping
Title and risk of loss for all Products ordered by you shall pass to you on PhotoComet^®'s shipment to the shipping carrier.
